1. Why the Purging Pays Program?
You can become a Purge Congress Purger and build your own Purge Team. We are rewarding Members that spread-the-word and enroll new Members and Donors. We'll show you how to build your Purge Team, enroll new Members and Donors, and find other people, just like yourself, that would like the opportunity to make money and change Congress.
We decided that we wanted to be the common sense alternative to the elitist and out-of-touch MoveOn.org, which claims to have over 3 million members. We quickly realized that the easiest and most effective way to reach a multi-million membership database in Purge Congress was to utilize the internet and to do something MoveOn.org and similar groups weren't doing, which was to offer incentives (cash) to fellow Purgers to talk to their friends, family, and acquaintances..... person-to-person. So we developed an incredible incentive program (Purging Pays) that can ultimately pay thousands of dollars per month to our Purgers to build their own Purge Teams.
The other goal that we had was to be careful stewards of our Donors' money ... to get measurable results when seeking to purge Congress and seek to educate the American public. We studied what other non-profits paid in fundraising costs, office expenses, overhead, and advertising. We found out that many organizations rely on direct mail or telephone solicitations to raise money, and that many non-profits pay commissions of up to 80% to the fundraising company for money that is collected. And there is no guarantee that the solicitation letter or phone calls will be successful. We had to come up with a better way ... a more efficient, more effective and more reliable way to raise large sums of money that we will need to fund our anticipated advertising and marketing campaigns. We decided that rather than paying commissions to several sap sucking professional fundraising companies we would rather pay commissions to those that understand the Purge Congress mission, those people that are committed as Members of Purge Congress, and those Members that we can greatly rely on ... Our Purgers.
And we did.
Build your own Purge Team with the Purging Pays Program. The Purging Pays Program can, on average, pay to our successful Purgers about 47% of the monthly donations received by Purge Congress under the Purging Pays Program. The balance will be used for overhead, advertising campaigns and more as we seek to purge Congress. Purgers are generously rewarded for enrolling Members (it's free to become a Member), securing Donors (even $5 or $10 per month), and building their own Purge Teams. It's just that simple. Purgers on your Purge Team do the same thing. They enroll Members, secure Donors, and build their own Purge Teams by finding people that want to earn money while seeking to save America..... all at the same time and while having fun Purging Congress.
We know that most Americans are fed-up with Congress, and that about 40 to 50 million voters will sympathize with our cause. The question is "How many can we reach?" How many will enroll as Members? We don't know, but we anticipate millions. How many will become Donors by giving a small amount monthly or otherwise? We don't know, but we anticipate that within two years at least a million. How many will become Purgers? We don't know, but we anticipate at least 200,000 thousand successful Purgers, and if we are correct, they will enable us to enroll several million Members, and to ultimately, change Congress through a true national grassroots effort.
3. Pre-Launch Weekend in Raleigh
Meet us in Raleigh, NC for the Pre-Launch of Purging Pays. This event will kick-start your Purge Team and put you into overdrive! Come meet the Co-Founders and hear some very interesting speakers.
You'll get some great insights into the importance and timing of Purge Congress, and where we expect to be by the election cycle of 2008. There will also be an exciting presentation of Purging Pays, which will be open to prospective Purgers, so you'll want to get anybody you know to Raleigh for this event. Ask yourself if you know anyone that liked Ronald Reagan or maybe anyone that might be just a little frustrated with Congress, and ... then get them there!

Cost: There will be reasonable rates for hotel rooms, as well as a fee for the event itself, but these have not been determined at this time (they'll be posted by May 15th).

4. Start Earning Purge Pay (now, before the Pre-launch Weekend
To become the best Purger you can be, you will need the right tools. We provide you with the Purge Congress Action Tube (yes, it comes in a tube). It costs $195, and has everything you need to get started building your Purge Team. The Action Tube includes awareness items such as Purge Congress bumper stickers, a Purge Congress cap, a Purge Congress pin, and information on building your Purge Team.
Purge Pay is paid monthly and is delivered via ACH to your bank account.
We require a $10 monthly recurring donation. There is no annual fee. Just maintain your Active Purge Status and keep earning Purge Pay on your efforts and on the efforts of your Purge Team as we change America together.
5. Track Your Purge Team Online
You have the ability to go on-line and check the donation volume of your Purge Team, qualification levels, and the entire genealogy of your Purge Team ... all in real-time. As the Purgers on your Purge Team enroll new Members, Donors, and Purgers, you'll be able to see them in your organizational chart the very minute they enroll.
6. Your Own Website & Purge Cards
As a Purger, you get your own website, where you can direct potential Members, Donors, and your Purge Team. We provide the template and other Purge Tools, such as a PowerPoint Presentation and audio clip that explain the basics to your visitors. You can personalize your site with photos and other information. And there is an easy way to order your own Purge Congress Purge business cards online ... hand one out to a friend and you'll definitely get a reaction!
In structuring Purge Pay, we wanted Purgers to be able to get paid as quickly and as easily as possible ... no hard to reach qualification levels. At the same time, however, we wanted to create a compensation plan that accomplished with incentives, what we, as a non-profit with a serious cause, needed to get done. We decided that to be the most effective in attracting Purgers to the program and in getting our mission accomplished of Purging Congress and defending America the Exceptional and American Exceptional-ism, we would only require very minimal levels of effort and success by our Purgers.
We know that the easiest way to reach millions of concerned Americans is if lots of people do just a little ... then nearly everyone can duplicate this program and we can change America. Of course, if any Purger wanted to go all out and put forth a lot of effort, they would be especially well compensated for doing so.
There is a simple two-step process for you to be qualified to receive Purge Pay.
Step 1: Enroll 10 of your friends, family, or acquaintanes as Memers (it's free). They will receive our e-mail newsletter once a week. We provide you with an email template that you can forward to your contact list, or you can write your own. Your friends will either enroll as Members, become Members that Donate, become Purgers, or they will just say "no thanks". How many people do you know that like Ronald Reagan or who are upset with Congress? Perhaps many, as we do.
Step 2: Enroll 2 Donors, which can also be two of your Members that donate, for a one-time donation of $50 or a minimum $5 recurring monthly donation.
Now find a few Purgers who want to make money while saving America, and show them how to duplicate what you just did. That's it!
Purge Pay
Earn Purge Pay as you solicit donations and enroll other Purgers who do the same. The easiest way to earn big money is to enroll other Purgers and show them how to enroll Members, Donors, and their own Purgers. Duplication of your efforts is the key to success; success in making money and success in affecting the future of our country.

We will be announcing a Leads Program in the next few months that will enable Purgers to explode their Purge Teams. As Purge Congress launches our national advertising campaign, thousands of prospective Purgers will contact us about joining Purge Congress as Purgers. We will provide these leads to Purgers that enroll in the Leads Program.
9. National Media Campaign
Purge Congress will seek to initiate a national media campaign to build initial awareness and support, and to generate leads, including an anticipated year-long campaign to advertise on more than 700 talk radio stations per day on the:

and other well known talk shows.
We will also seek to advertise on conservative websites such as NewsMax.com, HumanEvents.com, Townhall.com and more. In addition, a major effort will be made by us as we kick-off an online marketing and email campaign where prospective Purgers will express an interest in getting involved, and we will immediately forward those leads to you.
Purgers will receive priority entrance to all Purge Congress seminars and events, where nationally known speakers will make presentations on our Target Issues. You'll perhaps have an opportunity to meet your heroes (see list below) and ask them questions. And we will have select weekend getaways across the country where we discuss our progress, activities, direction, ideology, Target Issues, and strategies to become a dominant influencer of Congress.
Once a year, Purge and their families will gather for our pinnacle summit ... our own "Purge Congress Weekend". We anticipate that Purge Congress Weekends will occur at the Greenbrier, Homestead, or similar resorts ... we may descend on our nation's Capital ... and really shake things up.
